The San Fernando City Corporation takes complaints via walk-in and phone calls. Come into us with your complaints and our team will record your complaint and follow-up with you on relevant updates.

The Ministry of Rural Development and Local Government (RDLG) launched their Local TT mobile application which allows citizens to report issues on various situations.
The application accepts reports for the following categories:
- Roads Drains and Bridges
- Emergency Incidents
- Public Health and Safety
- Public Lands and Buildings
- Community Policing
