Requirements

1. Original and Copy of Deed of Poll (Copy retained) or
2. Original and copy of Marriage Certificate, and
3. Original Assignment of Exclusive Right of Burial/Grant, 
4. Identification of Applicant /Owner

An Administrative Cost of Twenty-Two Dollars and Fifty Cents ($22.50) VAT Inclusive is charged

Requirements:

1. Original Assignments of Exclusive Right of Burial/Grant/Certified Copy,
2. Original and copy of Certified Death Certificate(s) {if removing the name(s) of the deceased owner(s)},
3. Original and copies of Probate of Will and Will/Letters of Administration (if ownership is to be changed based on these documents)
4. Original and copy of Marriage Certificate (where applicable),
5. Statutory Declaration
6. Identification of Applicant Owner

An Administrative Cost of Twenty-two Dollars and Fifty Cents ($22.50) VAT Inclusive is charged.

Requirements:

1. Original Assignments of Exclusive Right of Burial/Grant/Certified Copy,
2. Completed “Assignment of Exclusive Right of Burial” Form,
3. Original and copy of Certified Death Certificate(s) {if removing the name(s)of the deceased owner(s)},
4. Original and Copy of Marriage Certificate (where applicable),
5. Original and copies of Probate of Will and Will/Letters of Administration (of name(s) to be included based on these documents),
6. Identification of Applicant / Owner.
7. Statutory Declaration.

The Cost of this transaction is Twenty-Two Dollars ($22.50) VAT Inclusive.

Requirements:

1. Original Assignment of Exclusive Right of Burial/Grant/Certified Copy,
2. Completed “Assignment of Exclusive Right of Burial’ form,
3. Original and copy of Certified death Certificate(s) {if removing the name(s) of the deceased owner(s)},
4. Original and copies of Probate of Will and Will/Letters of Administration (if ownership is to be changed based on these documents),
5. Original and copy of Marriage Certificate (where applicable)

The Cost of this Transaction is Twenty-Tow Dollars ($22.50) VAT Inclusive. 

Requirements:

1. Completed application in duplicate and signed in the presence of a Commissioner of Affidavits
2. A License (approved by the Mayor). is then granted giving approval to carry out the exhumation 

Cost of Exhumations

• Burials of less than Six (6) years duration           $3,080.00
• Burials of Six to Twelve (6-12) years duration     $2,760.00
• Burials over Twelve (12) years duration               $1,960.00

Requirements:

1. Letter requesting Sub-division/Merger,
2. Original Assignment Card/Grant/Certified Copy,

Application is submitted to council for consideration.

An Administrative Cost of Twenty-Two Dollars and Fifty-Cents ($22.50) VAT Inclusive is charged

Requirements:

1. Statutory Declaration made by client
   1. Name of Person making request and their relationship to the owner of the allotment,
   2. Description of the allotment
   3. Relationship of person to be buried to owner of the allotment (must be immediate relatives only)
   4. Indemnity Clause – indemnifying the Corporation from any other claims
2. Death Certificate of the person to be buried
3. Owner(s) with proof of ownership

These request are usually made through the person applying to the Administrator General / Registrar General for Letters of Administration.

Requirements:

1. Copy of Assignment of Exclusive Right of Burial / Grant/ Certified Copy
2. Letter from the Administrator / Registrar General
