The prosperity of our city is interdependent on our levels of employment and employment opportunities that are available to our citizens. To this end, the SFCC has created the first ever San Fernando Job Bank, with the intention of connecting employers and job seekers with one another using our new online web platform.
The service is free for employers to post their available employment positions for potential job seekers in a simple process. Conversely, we have created a streamlined process through which job seekers can post their resume’s online for employers or recruiters to reach out to them directly.
Higher levels of employment positively impact multiple factors of social life, such as improved quality of life, poverty reduction and lowering criminal activity to name a few.
To this end the SFCC website intends to act as an intermediary with the goal of improving levels of employment throughout the city. As such we invite all levels of employers from Corporate entities to entering entrepreneurs to use this free service by clicking HERE to access.
