For ease of use, our complaints forms has been divided into the following sections listed below.

Public Health

Issues surrounding: public littering, unsanitary food establishments or vending, vermin/pests, overgrown lots, mosquitos, noise complaints, persistent odours, stray dogs and general community health-related issues.

 

Engineering

Issues surrounding: drains and drainage, encroachment (road and property), parks, potholes, private buildings, public buildings, speed humps, street lighting and poles and infrastructural issues (manholes, pavements, railings etc)

Municipal Police

Issues dealing with: wrecking, vehicles parking, petty crimes

Disaster Management Unit

Complaints dealing with: flooding, tree trimming, landslips or potential landslips, general issues
