Councillor Joseph is one of the longest serving councillors at the San Fernando City Corporation serving the citizens of Springvale Paradise since 2013.
His experience working at the Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission has garnered him a wealth of experience to serve across multiple committees that serve as core functions for the City of San Fernando.
His passion however remains in Art and Culture where he as served as the Conveyor of Carnival from 2016 to present, inclusive as the Committee Chairman for Arts and Culture in San Fernando.
With the ongoing transformation of San Fernando with respects to the San Fernando Water Front Redevelopment, Councillor Joseph is uniquely positioned and experienced in ensuring the successful transition of San Fernando into a major Arts, Entertainment and Cultural center in Trinidad and Tobago.
